HIIT is an intense small group training clinic.  It’s the next best thing to personal training.  There are only 9 people in each group.  That means you get a lot of coaching from the instructor so that every person achieves their best.  

Bodyweight exercises, interval training, and athletic sports drills are all used in HIIT circuits.  You burn more calories than you would with traditional training methods.  The group energy works to inspire and motivate you.  You can only succeed in an environment like this.

In HIIT your core is engaged all the time and in exercise movements you would never think of.  Having a strong core improves overall strength and muscle development, and prevents injuries. 

Almost all HIIT exercises involve or directly engage the core and build core and total body strength.  Some of the exercises incorporate training elements that challenge your balance and stability which further develop your core.
