Core Training
A well trained core is the foundation of your fitness.  Core muscles include those of the abdominals, back and hips.  It takes more than just crunches to develop a strong core.  Burning maximum fat possible, and building total body muscle and strength depend on effective core training. 

 

In Core Training you perform a variety of movements even while on your feet.  In this intense, dynamic class, you will see and feel how intensity combined with proper movement form is key to getting results, and you’ll learn the proper way to execute every movement.  You’ll learn why people get injured from improper training and technique.  You’ll learn what to do to strengthen a weak back and how to avoid future injuries.

WHY YOU NEED CORE TRAINING
Core muscle development is the most important in thing you can do in strength training for any goal whether it be fat loss, muscle definition, strength gain, or athletic performance in endurance and strength-based sports. 


Several muscle groups including those found in the abdominals, lower back, glutes, and hips make up what is called the core.  That is the reason why a
bdominal exercises alone won’t give you a 6 pack. 

 

Learn and practice how to effectively perform exercises for these muscles with guidance from a fitness training professional. 

 

Also learn how to customize your own core routine for your own goals and train your own core to achieve fat loss, muscle development, and strength gains you may have thought impossible before.

 

Learn how to modify each exercise for your own strength levels (varying intensities will be demonstrated and practiced - from easy to extremely difficult).     

 

Please let instructor know prior to class if you have known limitations, injuries, or pain.  Participants are advised to wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes, and to bring a workout mat, towel, and water.

·        Learn how to strengthen the core to optimize athletic performance for any sport.  Learn the core muscles that are neglected the most, but are crucial for movement efficiency, stabilization, speed, and power

 

·        See the most effective and intensive training techniques demonstrated and taught; Beginner, intermediate, and advanced techniques will be demonstrated for each exercise; Perform and practice exercises under skilled direction of a personal trainer
